Hatha yoga uses asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to aid in overall wellness. Recent studies show a connection between yoga, improved mood and the increased ability to focus, as well as its tremendous physical benefits. Instructor, Nicki Suppes (RYT 200) helps people discover their own inner peace while learning to move their bodies in ways they didn't think they could.
