Meeting Facilities

The Grand Ballroom has seating capacity up to 550 with a minimum of 275 guests. The ballroom features include: 132 feet of windows, large elegant chandeliers, 2 spacious dance floors, gorgeous views of the gazebo area and Bay County Golf Course. Have your special event in The Grand Ballroom and experience the elegance!

The Hearth room is a cozy room with a gorgeous stone fireplace and direct access to the patio area. The large oak bar features etched mirrors and unique lighting. The room has a minimum of 150 guests but can hold up to 275. The guests will enjoy sitting on the patio and the tranquility of the outdoor gardens and waterfalls.

The Gold room is truly elegant with deep cranberry walls, gold mirrors and spectacular chandeliers. The Gold room has maximum capacity of 160 with no minimums. The Gold room is a perfect location for a small intimate wedding, baby/bridal showers, class reunions or anniversary parties.

The outdoor gazebo offers a nontraditional option for a ceremony site. It is a completely decorated area with seating up to 200 guests. The aisle is lined with white petunias on wrought iron stands. The arch is covered in vines and the aisle is covered with a soft green runner. Hanging baskets, window boxes and large urns of flowers enhance the floral beauty. The sounds of the waterfalls and fountains add to the overall ambiance. Book the gazebo for a unique outdoor experience.
