This is a socially distanced slow flow vinyasa yoga experience using movement and breath to aid in overall wellness. Recent studies show a connection between yoga, improved mood and the increased ability to focus, as well as its tremendous physical benefits. Nicki Suppes (RYT 200) enjoys helping others discover their own inner peace while learning to move their bodies in ways they didn’t think they could. Suitable for all Levels.
