Known for its many health benefits for both body and mind, Tai Chi promotes an overall sense of well-being, vitality and inner calm. Referred to as “meditation in motion,” the gentle flowing movements encourage the letting go of stress and tension and in this intermediate to advanced class, we will progress to a deeper and more internal understanding of the practice. Classes are taught in an open, friendly, and non-competitive atmosphere.
