Ann Puszykowski from Woodberry Wine and Chef Jacob Austin will guide you through an evening of entertainment and indulgence. Throughout the 5-course meal, they will describe the characteristics of the wine, offering insights into the flavors that complement each dish. Experience a delightful journey of pairing simplicity and sophistication, as Ann and Chef Jacob weave together the elements of wine and cuisine for a memorable sensory experience.
Menu for the evening:
1st Course:
White Truffle Lobster Arancini - Golden arancini filled with truffle-infused lobster, served with Cajun Saffron Aioli, crispy capers, and micro greens
Paired with Avia Pinot Grigio (Slovenia)

2nd Course:
Chili Espresso Braised Short Rib - Tender short rib braised in chili espresso, garnished with crisp chorizo. Served with Grilled Smoked Gouda Polenta and Portuguese Chimichurri
Paired with Confidencial Reserva Tinto (Portugal)

3rd Course:
Brie en Croute - Creamy Brie stuffed with apricots and toasted walnuts, encased in flaky pastry. Served with toasted French Baguette
Paired with Domaine de L’Espigouette Rosé (France)

4th Course:
Slow Roasted Pork Shank - Pork shank with Cherry, Rosemary & Malbec Compote and a Celeriac Parsnip Puree
Paired with Abito Malbec La Juventud (Argentina)

5th Course:
Honey Panna Cotta - Silky Panna Cotta with Mixed Berry Coulis, toasted pistachios, and crushed Cacao Nibs
Paired with Taliano Michele Moscato d’Asti (Italy)
