Join us for Zehnder's Summer Craft Beer Pairing Dinner


Beer and food are two of the most incredible parts of life when enjoyed separately, but imagine when they are allowed to work together! All foodies and craft beer aficionados are invited to join us this summer for the next Beer and Food Pairing Event at The Fortress Golf Course Pavilion.


The event begins with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Afterwards, enjoy a five-course summer themed dinner featuring unique dishes created by Zehnder's professional chefs paired with a complementary craft beer to enhance your palate. Click here to download a flyer.

• Charcuterie and Artisan Cheese Boards

• Duck Confit and Yam Pierogi – House-made Pierogi Dough with Roasted Yams, Duck Confit, Leeks, Spring Ramps and Cranberry Apricot Mosa Cider Coulis
