    • Description Conferences The Dow Event Center can host conferences of various sizes in our different venues. Multi-media presentations, guest speakers and multi-level conferences with or without catering can be provided within our complex. The Red Room has two air walls that can be used to split the room in to three parts, transforming one large hall into up to three small rooms that can be accommodated to your specific needs. The air walls in The Red Room have served as a perfect divider to host a conference on one side with a catered lunch waiting on the other side. We also provide staging, a hard wood dance floor, projector with screens, podiums and more to meet your specific needs for you special event. To make arrangements for events in The Red Room or Garden Room please contact our Catering Department at (989) 759-1320 ext. 0 or email info@doweventcenter.com. Small Conference Room The Conference Room is an excellent setting for breakout groups within a larger conference. It is also ideal for smaller board meetings, group discussions or for personal interviews. The Conference Room seats up to 12 people comfortably and is located off the Administrative Office Lobby adjacent to the Unity Hall. For additional exhibit space or for a smaller expo, The Red Room will host 65, 8x10 foot booths.
