Why Allied Group Fitness?

ALL LEVELS WELCOME! We give options for every energy and fitness level. If you can breathe, you can participate in Allied Group Fitness classes. Take as many breaks as you want, make any move your own...class is about having fun and enjoying movement!

BODY POSITIVITY! There will be no diet culture talk or body shaming here, friends. Movement should create joy, not guilt! You are perfect here, just as you are.

AFFORDABLE CLASSES! There is no excuse not to invest in your mental and physical health! Save even more when you purchase classes a Class Pass Package or a Class Subscription!

NO RULES! There are no rules in Allied Group Fitness classes! As long as you're moving your body, you're doing it right. Listen to your body, have fun, get sweaty & make new friends with us!

ONLINE CLASSES! We stream most of our in-studio classes online, giving participants flexibility and comfortability. Need to join late? No problem. Want to turn your camera off? Great! Want to take your workout with you outside or on the road? YOU CAN!
