Planetariums are not just planetariums anymore. They have become 3-dimensional transporters into every part of the cosmos, including art, culture, nature and music! You can see world-class award winning productions, live speakers on hot topics or shows about exploring the night sky. We have a full curriculum of programs for schools and private groups too! The Planetarium is located in the heart of downtown Bay City, at the beginning of historic Center Avenue. It is within walking distance to Wenonah Park, numerous restaurants, coffee houses, shops and the Alice & Jack Wirt Public Library.
