Our authentic Michigan pasties are available Tuesday through Saturday for dine-in or carryout at our storefront located at 2218 N Saginaw Road, in Midland. They are handmade daily made by Trolls, and the traditional beef pasty includes rutabaga. In addition to the traditional beef variety, we offer several other options, including chicken, smoked brisket, cudighi, and veggie.
