Join us for a hands-on, all-ages art activity celebrating Deaf Awareness Month through the bold and expressive style of artist Jon Savage. Known for his vibrant colors, strong lines, and themes of communication, identity, and visual storytelling, Savage’s art opens a powerful window into Deaf culture and creativity.
Using mixed media such as markers, colored pencils, and collage, you’ll create your own artwork inspired by his dynamic style.
This Art encounter is in Collaboration with Delta College’s American Sign Language Program.
