The Community Shed of Mid-Michigan (CSMM) was organized in Q1 of 2025 under the laws of the State of Michigan and has a tax-exempt nonprofit 501 (c)(3) corporate designation by the IRS. CSMM is a welcoming, hands-on space in mid-Michigan where men and women—particularly retirees—come together, creating their own community, work on meaningful projects for the broader mid-Michigan community, share skills, and enjoy camaraderie.
