What's in Bloom: A Botanical Adventure Through the Saginaw Art Museum Gardens

Free, with cost of admission.

Explore the gardens on a botanical adventure with Lead Gardener Chrissy Cannon! See what’s in bloom and learn fun facts about a variety of different plants and flowers.

The lower garden has steps and uneven pathways. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any accessibility needs and we will do our best to accommodate.

Chrissy Cannon is a certified MSU Extension Master Gardener and is currently the lead designer and organizer of the Hemmeter Elementary School Garden program. She has a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science, with a concentration in conservation biology focusing on bioregional Great Lakes ecology and environmental education. She has worked for both the Michigan and Wisconsin Departments of Natural Resources in park interpretation and for Northwood University teaching environmental science, ecology, and climate change courses. Chrissy has a passion for sharing the joy of the natural world with others which she hopes ignites sparks in people as they dig in the dirt and learn more about nature!

Registration isn’t required but is appreciated.
