Forest Therapy

September 6th, 10 am to 1 pm, Elysium Heritage Farm, Pinconning

Connect with nature through a gentle and mindful walk led by Corrine Bloomfield of Chippewa Nature Center. Forest Therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing, meaning “taking in the forest atmosphere”. Through a series of guided experiences, you will be invited to deepen your relationship with nature using your senses and mindful exploration. The walk concludes with tea. You are invited to bring a sack lunch as well.

The public is welcome to attend. Meet at the Elysium Heritage Farm, 5365 N 8 Mile Rd, Pinconning, MI.

Registration is requested. Contact Corrine directly at cbloomfield@chippewanaturecenter.org.
