The Great Lakes Bay Area Celebrity Game is an annual community basketball event held at Michigan Lutheran Seminary in Saginaw, Michigan, bringing together local personalities, former athletes, media members, and community leaders for an afternoon of fun, competition, and charitable giving. Since its inception in 2014, the event has raised more than $32,000 for charitable causes across the Great Lakes Bay Region.

The game is designed to unite the community while supporting meaningful organizations and individuals in need. Fans of all ages are invited to attend, enjoy the entertainment, and cheer on their favorite local celebrities as they take the court. The event also features opportunities for autographs, photos, and family-friendly activities that make it more than just a basketball game, it’s a celebration of community spirit.

The 2026 Great Lakes Bay Area Celebrity Game will take place on Sunday, April 19 at 2:00 PM at Michigan Lutheran Seminary. This year’s game will benefit The B#4 Foundation, founded in honor of Braden “Brady” Bixby, continuing the event’s mission of making a positive impact in the region.
