Holidays in the Heart of the City is presented by Positive Results Downtown Saginaw and is our annual celebration to kickoff the holiday season! Our partnership with the City of Saginaw and the Anderson Enrichment Center showcases the lighting ceremony at the Water Works Building, Cookie House Competition, open houses along Washington including the Saginaw Children's Zoo and the Japanese Tea House & Gardens, Horse Drawn Carriage rides, and fireworks to end the night. Food trucks, Farmer's Market and Old Town Saginaw are all open and available for food, hot drinks and more!
