Spice up your fall and winter dishes with local herb expert Donna Frawley! In this class we will explore the art and science of harvesting, preserving and using herbs while maintaining their unique flavor profiles. Novices and plant wizards alike will benefit from this special evening event.
About the Speaker:
Donna Frawley is an experienced home economist, herbal educator, and author with over 40 years of expertise in growing, cooking, and teaching about herbs. A dedicated member of the Evergreen Garden Club, the Valley Herb Society, and the International Herb Association, she has spent decades sharing her passion for herbs through presentations, cooking demonstrations, and hands-on workshops.
