The Arc of Midland and MSU Extension offer a nutrition and physical activity program for adults. Promoting healthy living to reduce the risk of obesity and chronic disease, participants gain skills to incorporate healthy eating and regular physical activity into their lifestyles. Every second Tuesday of the month, join us for a night of education with a fun twist! Enjoy healthy foods, socialization, and the opportunity for personal growth!
