Midland Pasty Company in Midland, Michigan is serving a little bit of Michigan history with every handmade pasty. We have evolved over the years from a sandwich shop selling pasties one day a week to a full-time pasty shop. While our sandwich menu retired with our former name (Shier's Pasties & More), we are the same owners with the same commitment to quality. We expanded our pasty menu to include 7 daily varieties, available both hot and frozen. Our two newest pasties, Pastrami Reuben and Corned Beef Hash, came to us from our former sandwich menu and have quickly become fan favorites. Whether you're enjoying a quick meal in our small dining area, taking a hot pasty to go, or taking home a frozen Miner's Niner to stock your freezer, our mission is to bring comfort, joy, and a little taste of Michigan to your table.
