Join Covenant HealthCare Foundation for the 6th Annual Covenant Kids Gala on Friday, October 9, at Horizons Conference Center in Saginaw!

This black-tie affair will feature live musical entertainment, a four-course meal, festivities, and fellowship to raise awareness and funding for Covenant Children’s Hospital.

About This Special Event

The 6th annual Covenant Kids Gala will celebrate the stories of lives impacted by the compassionate expert care teams at Covenant HealthCare.

Every child has a story.

Every child who receives specialized medical treatment in the Covenant Pediatric and Pediatric Intensive Care Units. Every child born into the gentle arms of the Covenant Birth Center. Every child who has suffered a trauma and depended on the expert team in the Covenant Emergency Care Center. Every child born prematurely needing specialized equipment in the Covenant Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (RNICU). Every child and family has their own unique story.

Funds raised at this year’s event will purchase an Arctic Sun for the RNICU. This specialized equipment uses targeted therapeutic hypothermia for newborns who experienced a lack of oxygen before or during birth. It uses soft, water-filled pads to carefully lower the baby’s body temperature, giving their brain a rest, and helps prevent permanent brain damage. As treatment progresses, the machine slowly and safely warms the baby to a normal temperature.
