What makes the Novel Novel? A Perspective of the Craft of Ken Follett's Fiction
Carlos Ramet, author of two books of literary criticism and interpretation on bestselling novelist Ken Follett, will read from rare, unpublished works by Follett to discuss his career path and "the road untaken". Ramet will also discuss his own interest in writing, what he's learned about craft from studying Follett, and where his approach and Follett's diverge. He will conclude by reading a section from his recently published novel The Quiet Limit of the World.
